The week before Zeke’s 9th birthday party was filled with surprises. He was happy about receiving a key to his house on a keychain and to find a little kitten under his porch. But when the kitten caused a sleepless night and a scary adventure, Zeke was no longer happy. Things got worse when the keychain ended up missing, and Zeke, Tyler, Tamara, Dylan, Niko, and Courtney joined together to solve the mystery of the missing keychain. After many twists and turns, the group of friends formed a strong bond and the Small Fry Spy Club!
Small Fry Spy Club is a children’s chapter book for grades 3-6 and it is 120 pages long. It was written by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with over 25 years’ experience as a psychotherapist. The author called upon her experience, and her love of family, to create a book for children that addresses many important issues. Some of them include: responsibility, bullying, friendship, forgiveness, honor, teamwork, managing difficult emotions, and problem solving.
